I have experience shooting a variety of real estate settings, including residential homes, active and vacant businesses, and forested lots.

Rates:

$250 Per Property - Photography

$350 Per Property - Videography

$30/hr Editing

Bundle Photo and Video for $500 Per Property plus Editing Fees

Any shoot beyond 3 hours will cost an additional $80/hr

*All booking(s) require a non-refundable deposit of $50 that will go toward your final payment cost. This deposit is due once we book a date.

*Any booking(s) made with five days or less notice will be charged a rush fee of $150
